the problem is in the server or the port... i think that's your computer or your bifrost
don't accept the the information and the ip from the serveur when the victime open't
i see the same probleme many time...and the solution is to Re-programming your no ip and the fire wall and your bifrost...
But the best solution is to format your computer becaus that's will restart all the information
